How it all started

Manish, is Indian Chef based from Delhi, India, passionate about cooking , loves homemade food , worked with the Oberoi New Delhi, worked In UK with prestigious restuarants like Dishoom , Chutney Mary, in London , then moved Cardiff worked in Moksh ( 2 Rossette ), award winning chef at International Indian chefs in the year 2017.

His philosophy is everyone deserves good food in their lives and life is too short to eat bad food. He built on this philosophy and wanted people to have amazing delicacies from India, which he offers in his weekly menu.
